Miranda Frerich has been the Office Manager for Texas Skin and Vein since early 2021. She has over 26 years of medical experience with over 12 years in a management role. She has administrative experience in office management, accounting, human resources, staff certifications, and continuing education.

“In my years as an Office Manager, I have excelled in making sure the patient experience is paramount, while ensuring all areas of the office runs smoothly. I strive daily to establish a rapport with our patients, sometimes leading to long lasting friendships that I hold dear. “

She is also currently serving as the Insurance Authorization Specialist for Texas Skin and Vein. She works with Dr. Straight’s staff and insurance companies to ensure that our patients have the appropriate pre-determination or authorization for any vein procedures they may need.

Miranda is also a member of the Texas Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).

Miranda has been a resident of San Antonio for 27 years, graduating from Poth High School in 1995. Miranda married her high school sweetheart, Greg, and they have two amazing boys together. Blake (20) is currently enrolled in college and Patrick (16) is a sophomore in high school.

In her spare time, Miranda loves spending time with her husband fishing and going to the deer lease to ride around on four wheelers. She also enjoys taking her Boston Terrier Dottie on rides with her in her red Slingshot across our beautiful state of Texas.
